MyTask Platform – Terms and Conditions of User Payments

This document defines the rules and conditions under which all types of payment operations (including service fee payments, deposits, withdrawals, and others) are carried out between MyTask platform users and the platform operator (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”).


Chapter I. Terms and Definitions

  1. Payment Operation: The transfer of funds from one party to another, executed through a bank account, card, electronic wallet, or other permitted means.
  2. User: Any natural or legal person registered on the MyTask platform and using its payment services.
  3. Platform (Operator): The operator of the MyTask system, which provides payment services in accordance with Georgian legislation and these Terms and Conditions.
  4. Payment Instrument: Any means used by the user to make a payment (e.g., bank card, electronic money, bank transfer).
  5. Commission Fee: The amount charged by the platform and/or its partner bank/service provider for executing a payment operation.

Chapter II. Procedure for Executing Payment Operations

  1. Operation Initiation:
    To initiate a payment operation, the user must fill in all required details requested by MyTask (including payment instrument information, amount, and recipient identifier).
  2. Authorization:
    For certain types of payments, additional verification (authentication) may be required, which can include:
    • A one-time code (via SMS or other channel)
    • Biometric data
    • PIN code
  3. Accuracy Assurance:
    The user is fully responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all data entered during the payment operation. Any loss or damage resulting from incorrect details shall be borne by the user.
  4. Prohibited Operations:
    The Platform reserves the right to limit, suspend, or reject a financial transaction if there is a reason to suspect a violation of law, fraud, or a risk to the platform’s security.
  5. Processing Time and Posting:
    • The Platform ensures the prompt transmission of the financial operation to the relevant payment system.
    • The posting time of the amount to the account depends on the operating rules of the payment provider and recipient, and may not be instantaneous.

Chapter III. User Obligations and Responsibilities

  1. Confidentiality:
    The user must securely store their authentication data (passwords, codes) and must not disclose them to any third party. Any damage resulting from the disclosure of such data is the sole responsibility of the user.
  2. Unlawful Actions:
    The user bears full responsibility for any damage caused by their own or an authorized person’s violation of these Terms and Conditions.
  3. Commission Fee:
    The user agrees that a commission fee determined by law and by the platform will be applied to payment operations, which is non-refundable (except as provided by law).

Chapter IV. Platform Rights and Limitation of Liability

  1. Amendments:
    The Platform reserves the right to unilaterally amend these Terms and/or establish new tariffs. Any changes shall take effect 5 calendar days after publication on the Platform’s website, unless otherwise provided by law or these Terms.
  2. Limitation of Liability:
    The Platform shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by the user that is not caused by the Platform’s direct fault, including but not limited to cases where:
    • The delay or error in the operation was caused by a third party (e.g., another bank, payment system).
    • The user entered incorrect data during payment.
    • The payment failed or was delayed due to limitations or restrictions on the user’s payment instrument.
